Cool the mixture and grind it. - Now in a wok heat oil and ghee to it, add splinted black cardamom and Kashmiri red chilli powder to oil then add the prepared gravy base to it stir and cook till oil separate from the gravy then add coriander powder,garam masala powder and left over marinade tikka masala to the wok,cook it again till oil separates.
- Now add paneer tikka to the gravy,garnish with kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves adjust the gravy consistency with water, cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
