- For dry masala take all dry ingredients roast it well and grind it
- Heat oil and butler add tomato and tomato puree and cook until oil separate
- Heat oil and butter in other kadai add jeera chopped tomatoes, chopped capcicum
- Add paneer and dry ingredients powder and mix it well
- In pyuree add 1tbs sugar and add mixture of paneer capsicum and tomatoes and cook it for 10 minutes
