  23. 2-3 drops kerwa water

  1. Wash and Soak rice for 30 mins. Keep a vessel for boiling rice. Once it boils add whole garam masala and rice into it. Cook rice 80 %. Drain the rice.
  2. Now take deep bowl and add all the vegetables. Now add all the ingredients for marination.
  3. Fry onions till golden brown.
  4. Now add 2 tablespoon of oil and put the vegetables and cook it 50%. Rest 50 % will be cooked when we cook Biryani.
