  2. Boil gram lantern with salt & water. After it gets tendered, dry out its water.
  3. Soute onion & cummin seed in oil for 5mins. Now add spices and ginger garlic paste and bonify for 1min along with 2 tbsp water.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes & green chillies to it and cook it covered for 5min.
  5. When tomatoes get tender and mushy add boil gram lantern (daal) with 1/4th cup water and cook it for 1min.
  6. Add beaten egg and slowly stirr spoon in it for 2min until the eggs are settled. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it with bread or chapaati, your anda daal ghotala is ready.
