- 2-3 Stick Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Dry Coriander Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 ltr Water
- :FOR GARNISHING:
- 1/4 Bunch Coriander Leaves
- 2-3 Small Green Chillie's
- 2-3 Big Green Chillie's
Instructions to make to make Aloo Gosht
- Wash the marrow bone and beef well,
Cut onion in slices and tomatoes, - Take the all ingredients in quantity,
Take any pot add oil and heat it, - Now add cinnamon stick, clove, whole black pepper then add onion fry it until turn into light-golden colour,
- Then add beef, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it well,
- Add turmeric powder then again mix it now add dry coriander powder,red chilli powder then mix it well,
- After the mix add 3 to 4 glasses of water, cover and cook till the meat tenders.
- Now mix the tomatoes and add marrow bone now leave it on cook for 20 minutes,
- After 20 minutes put out marrow bone fron shorba then again leave it on cook,
- Now cut potato in slices then add now mix it well for 5 minutes,
- After the mix again add marrow bone when meat is almost done cook till the potatoes are cooked and the your required gravy is left.
- Add green chillies and cook throughout on low heat tyen garnish with coriander leaves,
- Now then transfer in serving plate finally ready to eat â¤ï¸
