- Take a bowl add all the dal and soak for 1 hour abd wash it two three times properly and cook for 3-4whistle.. While cooking the dal add hing,salt,turmeric ghee...after 3-5 whistle cool down the mix and beaten with hand whisk
- In a pan add 2 tbsp desi ghee add cumin seeds when it splutter then add chopped onion saute till it transculent then add ginger garlic paste..when its saute add chopped tomatoes and all the spieces till it relase oil and tomatoes aur soft and..mashy..when its done pour in the beaten dal and mix it well
- For another tempering tadka take a tadka pan add 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp chopped garlic and 2 dry red chilli.saute for a sec..then add red chilli pwder and coriander leaves..now pour this tadka into dal and enjoy it with chapati and jeera rice
