  1. Steps for making Dough-Take a bowl and add 1 cup of warm water,yeast,and 1 tbsp sugar and mix it.
  2. After Mixing it leave it for 10-15 mints so that yeast will be active.
  3. At this stage add salt to taste,add 2 tbsp of oil
  4. Mix it continuously while adding maida slowly slowly and make a smooth dough
  5. Then leave it for 20-25 mins.

  11. After 1 min open the lid and add 1 cup of warm water and cook it again for 1 min
  12. Directions for rice:
    Boil water in a pan, add cumin, salt and lemon juice in it.
    Add rice and cook them cook on low flame until 80% cooked
  13. Directions for assembling: roll out the dough into a large disk in round shape.
  14. Grease a glass bowl with melted butter.
  15. Put the dough in glass bowl, covering all the sides properly.
  16. Now make layers with rice, paneer gravy, peas, carrots, fried onion and coriander leaves.
  17. Sprinkle almonds, cashew, saffron water and green chilies on top. Cover it with dough.
  18. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden.
