  12. 1 tsp lime juice
  13. 3 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  14. 2 tbsp butter

  1. Soak black udad and rajma overnight.Drain tha water wash is thoroughly and pressure cook it with fresh water salt and a pinch soda bicarb(cooking sida)Add udad dal also. In a pan heat oil add jeera hing followed by chopped onions and ginger garlic paste
  2. Add tomatoes and allow to cook it it realeses oil.Add all dry masala. Allow it to cook for 2 mins.Add salt as per taste
  3. Drain water from rajma dal and add this into onion tomato gravy.Add 1 glass fresh water and let it cook for 10 mins on high to medium flame.
  4. Add cream and cook it for further 10 mins.than add butter and allow it to cook on low flame for 10 mins.Add chopped coriander and your yummy dal makhani is ready to serve.
