- 1 tsp Haldi powder
- 1 tsp dhania powder
- 1 tsp kitchen king madala
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1-2 dry red chilli
- 2 tablespoon desi ghee
- as per taste Salt

- Soak chana dal for 30 minutes then take dhuli moong and cook in pressure for 2-3 whistles then sim the gas for 10 minutes. Keep aside the dal.
- Take another pan add ghee, jeera, garlic, ginger, green chilli and onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes after that add tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes then add palak and fry for another couple of minutes.
- Add salt and then add dal and kitchen king masala. Take a small tadka pan add ghee then jeera and dry red chilli and pour the tadka on dal. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with besan or missi roti.
